Do I need to create an account to register for a class?

If you have registered for a class with us in the past six months, please continue to use your customer portal. If you are a new customer, please create an account. Use the "Member Login" button in the top right corner of our website.

How do I know what class to register for?

Current students have been given recommendations by their current coach for the best next step. Please use their recommendation when choosing a new class.   If you have a new student, please  sign up for one of our age appropriate classes. If you need further information or assistance, please find our contact information at the "Contact" link in our menu bar.

Question 3

What do I do if the class I want to register for is full?

If a class is full, please sign up on the wait list.  We may be able to open additional classes if the need arises.  You will be notified if you are taken off the wait list and added to the class.  You may also choose another class that fits your schedule.

Do you offer discounts for multiple siblings or classes?

Phantom does not currently offer discounts for siblings or multiple class enrollments.

Are there any program or session commitments?

The Stars program requires a commitment from Sept - June.  Our tumbling and recreation classes are session by session sign up.

Are there registration fees?

There is NO annualized registration fee.

What is your session Opt-Out Policy?

Accepted Answer

Once you register for our program you will be guaranteed your spot in the class until you opt out.  Credit cards on file will be charged for tuition on the 25th of the month prior to your enrolled session.  If you do not have a card on file, a cash or a check must be received on or before the billing date in order to hold your student's spot in the class.  If you wish to optout, please email us at info@phantomgymnastics.com PRIOR to the billing date. In the email, include your student's name and the class or classes you wish to optout of.  There are no refunds given for optouts after the building date of the session your student is enrolled in.

What is your payment policy?

Payments for each session must be paid in full by designated "payment due date". This is the 25th of the month prior to the start of the session. We use automatic enrollment for the months of September to June.  If you do not wish to be automatically enrolled into the next session, please inform us prior to the start of the session. All classes can be pro-rated based on the week you start the class.
If you are registered at the time of the session payment due date, your card will automatically be charged for the tuition.  If you wish to register by check, please contact us. There is a $30 service charge for any returned checks.
Summer sessions require a separate registration which opens.

Do you offer refunds?

There are no refunds given if we are not notified of opt-outs before the billing date prior to the start of the session. We do not pro-rate tuition if a class is dropped in the middle of a session.

Do you offer Make-Ups for missed classes?

We will accommodate two make-up classes or open gym passes per session subject to availability.  Only active athletes registered in our program can participate in make-up classes. If your athlete is not an active student in our system, their saved make-up classes will be lost.

Are classes ever cancelled due to weather or holidays?

Yes,  we occasionally close due to inclement weather and for holidays. Please check our website, email, Facebook, or Instagram accounts for information regarding cancellations due to excessive snow or other conditions by 8:00 AM for morning classes and 2:00 PM for afternoon classes.  Feel free to request a make-up class or an open gym pass for closures due to weather.
We include a minimum of 48 classes per calendar year in tuition. Most months have four classes, while some months have five classes and a few months have three classes. Therefore, tuition is not prorated based on weeks in a session or missed weeks due to holidays.
