FAQ

  • Do I need to create an account to register for a class?
    If you have registered for a class with us in the past six months, please continue to use your customer portal. If you are a new customer, please create an account. Use the "Member Login" button in the top right corner of our website.
  • How do I know what class to register for?
    Current students have been given recommendations by their current coach for the best next step. Please use their recommendation when choosing a new class.   If you have a new student, please sign up for one of our age appropriate classes. If you need further information or assistance, please find our contact information at the "Contact" link in our menu bar.
  • What do I do if the class I want to register for is full?
    If a class is full, please sign up on the wait list.  We may be able to open additional classes if the need arises. You will be notified if you are taken off the wait list and added to the class. You may also choose another class that fits your schedule.
  • Do you offer discounts for multiple siblings or classes?
    Phantom offers a sibling discount of 8% and a multi-class discount of 10%. You will receive ONE discount per student. Students are not eligible for multiple discounts. Phantom does not offer multi-class discounts for class athletes who have siblings on the Phantom Competitive team. There is also no discount available for team athletes who attend classes (unless they are attending multiple classes).
  • Are there any program or session commitments?
    The Stars program requires a commitment from Sept - June.  Our tumbling and recreation classes are session by session sign up. 
  • Are there registration fees?
    There is NO annualized registration fee.
  • What is your session Opt-Out Policy?
    Once you register for our program you will be guaranteed your spot in the class until you opt out. Credit cards on file will be charged for tuition on the 4th Wednesday of the prior session. A billing reminder will be sent on 2 days in advance of the billing date. If you do not have a card on file, a cash or a check must be received on or before the billing date in order to hold your student's spot in the class. If you wish to optout, please email us at info@phantomgymnastics.com PRIOR to the billing date. In the email, include your student's name and the class or classes you wish to optout of. If you optout after the billing date but before classes start, you will receive a 90% refund. Optouts received after the first class will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds given for optouts after the second class of the session your student is enrolled in.
  • What is your payment policy?
    Payments for each session must be paid in full by designated "payment due date". Generally, this is around 1 week prior to the start of the session.  We use automatic enrollment for Sessions 1 through 9.  If you do not wish to be automatically enrolled into the next session, please inform us prior to the start of the session. All classes can be pro-rated based on the week you start the class. If you are registered at the time of the session payment due date, your card will automatically be charged for the tuition.  If you wish to register by check, please contact us. There is a $30 service charge for any returned checks. Summer sessions and Session # 1 require a separate registration which opens April 15th.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    If you optout after the billing date but before classes start, you will receive a 90% refund. Optouts received after the first class will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds given for optouts after the second class of the session your student is enrolled in.
  • Do you offer Make-Ups for missed classes?
    We will accommodate one make-up classes or open gym passes per 4 week session subject to availability.  You can request a make-up class on our "Calendar" page located in our menu bar.
  • Are classes ever cancelled due to weather or holidays?
    Yes, we occasionally close due to inclement weather and for holidays. Please check our website, email, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter accounts for information regarding cancellations due to excessive snow or other conditions by 8:00 AM for morning classes and 2:00 PM for afternoon classes.  Feel free to request a make-up class or an open gym pass for closures due to weather. Please see our calendar link in the menu bar for holidays that may fall within your session.  You may request an open gym pass or a make-up class for the days that may be missed.
