Reserve Your Birthday Party at Phantom Gymnastics!
To see the dates and times available for birthday parties, click on the Birthday Party Calendar button. You may book your party on-line by using your credit card for the $150 non-refundable deposit. Unfortunately, dates can not be reserved or held without this deposit.
After you book your party on-line, we will contact you for details and be able to answer any questions you may have.
Parkour focused birthday parties are available BY REQUEST. Please do not book a party spot on our calendar if you are hoping to have this type of birthday party. Please email us at info@phantomgymnastics.com or call us at (603) 329-9315.

Birthday Packages & Pricing
PACKAGE A
Total of 1 hour, 45 minutes of a private birthday party; 1 hour and 15 minutes in the gym & half hour of time in the party room. This package includes full gym rental, giant bounce house with slide, obstacle course, & party games led by our staff as well as open gym time. Ending ceremony includes a ribbon for each child and medal for the birthday child. We provide water for each child. Time in the party room includes assistance from our staff to serve food and cake (which you provide); We can supply all the paper products.
PRICING - Effective January 1, 2024
$305 for up to 13 children (including the birthday girl/boy)
Each additional child number 14 - 19 are $15 each
Each additional child 20+ are $10 each
There is a $30 charge for 2nd birthday child.

Birthday Party Guidelines
Please take a moment to review our guidelines below to ensure a great birthday party that meets your expectations!
▪ No jeans, zippers, buckles or hanging jewelry; gym clothes work best!
▪ To book your party and reserve the date you must pay a non-refundable deposit of $150. Parties are 1st come first serve - we will not save the date without on-line reservation and credit card payment for the $150 deposit.
▪ Ages: 4+ (children attending under 4 years must be supervised by an adult at all times and will be charged full price)
▪ All participants must have a waiver and registration form filled out and signed by a parent in order to participate! It is best to mail the forms with the invitations and collect them prior to the party. Kids should have their waiver in hand when entering the gym doors.
▪ Please note that the maximum number of participants includes the birthday child.
▪ We provide table and chairs and paper products in the party room.
▪ As much as we love you all, your party is over at a designated time. You will be required to be out of the party room at that time so that we may set up for the following party, or go home to our families. Please respect our staff and leave on time.
▪ We recommend telling guests to arrive 15 minutes early so your entire group is more likely to be there for the start of the party.
▪ If parents don't stay, we recommend telling parents that the pick-up time is 15 minutes prior to the end of the party. You may need to wait with these children outside if parents are late and we are closing.
▪ There is no food or drink (except water) allowed inside the gym. There are also no shoes allowed inside the gym.
▪ The party is intended for children who participate in the gym party activities, therefore we do not allow additional set up of food and drinks for adults who chose to attend. If you desire a full family party, we may be able to accommodate, but there will be an extra charge.
▪ If you end up with fewer participants than expected you will still be required to pay the agreed upon rate for the party.
▪ Final counts for the amount of participants must be given 1 week prior to your party date.
